Jacquard Card Punching Machine

  • The Card Punching Machine can punch the punching cards with a speed of around 300+ cards per hour.
  • All the machines come with an in-built auto feeder which keeps feeding the cards to the machine automatically.
  • Machines can be made available to punch the cards with 200 to 1200 hooks.
  • Our popular models include WinPunch Super and WinPunch Ultra.

WinPunch Super

 

Features:

  • It does not require the PC to be connected all the time while the machine is running.
  • The machine has an inbuilt minicomputer and display that can store all your programs and can be selected as per your requirement.
  • PC is required to transfer the program to the machine only once, after which the machine works independently.

Features:

  • It does require the PC to be connected at all times.

Jacquard Card Lacing Machine

  • We are the pioneers in developing this machine.
  • These superfast mechanical machines can lace/stitch the cards at a speed of about 800 to 1200 cards per hour. However, the speed varies depending upon the card size. 
  • Lacing machines are available for Coarse Pitch, Fine Pitch and Super Fine Pitch for 104, 120, 208, 240, 254, 312, 400, 600, 800, 1200, 1344 hooks Jacquard.
  • The machine can be made available to lace every type of card with different Hooks to suit your requirements. It is very easy and quick to changeover from one type to another type of card.
    Based on the card size and design, we have two types of lacing machines available: 2 Head and 3 Head.

We have a network of sales and service engineers spread across various states to cater to your after sales services like maintenance, spare parts etc.
